By using mobileproxy.ee and purchasing services you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
1. Parties and Scope
Provider: IT CORVUS OÜ (Reg. code 14241144), address: Muti tee 14, Metsanurme, Saku vald, Harju maakond, 75506, Estonia.
We provide access to individual mobile proxies (single-user use) in the volume and term specified in the Order. Service starts after payment confirmation (typically within 24 hours).

2. Account & Security
- You must keep credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized access.
- We may suspend/terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms or the law.
3. Pricing, Taxes, Payment & Auto‑renewal
- Prices are published on the website and may change for future periods. Taxes/VAT are shown at checkout where applicable.
- Prepaid model. Currency and methods as shown on the site/order.
- Auto‑renewal (optional): charges on the first day of each billing period; access may be suspended if charging fails until payment method is updated.
- Payments are non‑refundable except as provided in Section 4.
4. Refunds & Right of Withdrawal
- Services are digital. By placing an order you request performance to begin before the 14‑day withdrawal period and acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal once performance starts (EU Consumer Rights Directive).
- If it is technically impossible to use the provided proxy due to our fault and this is mutually confirmed, we will provide a replacement within 24 hours or a proportional refund.
5. Availability & Maintenance
Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, outages or force majeure. We aim for high availability; for prolonged outages caused by us we provide replacement/extension.
6. Acceptable Use (AUP)
Prohibited: unlawful activity; infringement of third‑party/IP rights; spam/phishing/bruteforce/malware; illegal content; circumvention/unauthorized access; resale/sublease without consent; fake accounts for referral abuse.
7. KYC/AML
We may require identity verification (KYC) under Estonian AML laws via authorized providers (e.g., Sumsub). Failure to pass may result in refusal/termination. Data retention per applicable law.
8. Privacy & Confidentiality
Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy (GDPR). Commercial/technical information exchanged between the parties is confidential.
9. Warranties
Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. No express or implied warranties are given.
10. Liability Cap
- No liability for indirect/consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data.
- The total aggregate liability of IT CORVUS OÜ is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the affected Services during the last 6 months.
- Carve‑out: willful misconduct or gross negligence; and where such limitation is prohibited by law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The updated date is shown on the page; material changes will be announced in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Termination
Client may stop using the Services at any time (no refund for elapsed periods unless Section 4 applies). We may terminate for breach of these Terms or the law.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are subject to Estonian courts (at the Provider’s domicile) after a 30‑day negotiation period.
